As part of the National Cancer Institute designated Winship Cancer Institute, the Department is focused on clinical and basic research, education, and delivering outstanding hematology and oncology clinical services to patients.

Winship Gastrointestinal Cancer Symposium

The 7th Winship Gastrointestinal Cancer Symposium, a series of interactive case-based presentations and didactic lectures, will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 in the Rollins Auditorium of Emory's Health Sciences Research Building. Presenters from medical oncology, surgical oncology, radiation oncology and gastroenterology will present a comprehensive overview of new developments in the treatment of cancers.
